Terms governing use of the SmartInfra AI Digital website and manufacturing cost-control audit engagements in Malaysia.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Acceptance

By accessing https://smartinfraai.digital or engaging SmartInfra AI Digital for manufacturing cost-control audits, cost application reviews, or related professional services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.

Who we are

SmartInfra AI Digital operates from Level 6, 83 Persiaran Barat, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 46200, Malaysia. Contact: hello@smartinfraai.digital and +60 3 5550 2850.

Website use

Content on this site is informational. It does not create an auditor–client relationship until a scoping letter or engagement letter is accepted in writing. You may not scrape, mirror, or misrepresent our materials as your own.

Services and proposals

Descriptions of audits and rates are guidance only. Binding scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines appear in the written engagement documents we issue. We may decline work that falls outside our competence or creates a conflict.

Intellectual property

Reports, schedules, and methodologies we produce remain our intellectual property until assigned in writing. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables for their internal business purposes. Public redistribution requires our prior written consent. Website text, design, and branding are owned by SmartInfra AI Digital.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to plants and applications as scoped, and appropriate safety induction. Delays in access may shift timelines without reducing fees already earned for work performed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use or from reliance on informational pages. For contracted engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter and shall not exceed fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless the engagement letter specifies a different dispute-resolution process.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
