Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, plant or site name, message content, selected audit type)
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted
• Engagement records (contracts, correspondence, plant contacts) when you become a client

We do not ask for national identification numbers, payment card data, or special-category data through the website form.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to scoping and estimate requests (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract)
• Performing contracted audits and reviews (contract)
• Maintaining security and essential site function (legitimate interests)
• Optional analytics to understand which pages help visitors (consent, where required)

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a related engagement continues. Engagement files are retained for at least seven years where professional or tax record-keeping requires it, then securely deleted or anonymised. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the tool’s configured period (see Cookies).

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Malaysian law or to establish or defend legal claims.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Malaysia. If a processor stores data outside Malaysia, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Malaysian personal data principles.

Your rights

Subject to Malaysian personal data law, you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time via browser controls and by clearing the stored preference (see Cookies).
