Starting rates and estimate factors for manufacturing cost-control audits and cost application reviews in Malaysia.
Pricing follows the shape of the plant and the applications in scope — not a subscription card. After a short scoping call we issue a fixed-fee letter whenever the boundary is clear enough; otherwise we quote a day-rate ceiling.

What moves the estimate
- Number of plants and distinct cost applications
- Depth of BOM and routing history to sample
- Whether hazardous-area induction or shift work is required
- Translation of documents or bilingual workshop needs
- Urgency relative to a board or statutory deadline
Travel outside the Klang Valley is billed at cost or folded into the fixed fee when agreed in advance. Deposits and cancellation terms are described on our Refunds page.
